Bradley R. Siegel has over twenty (20) years of legal experience advising clients in a variety of legal and business matters. Bradley recognizes that underlying most legal situations is a business or financial transaction. He has faced unique and complex challenges working with, and representing, highly sophisticated and talented CEO’s, business owners, entrepreneurs and other executives. This experience includes real estate, corporate law, litigation, employment, and finance.

As the former General Counsel and Corporate Counsel for the Jack Parker Corporation for 17 years Mr. Siegel worked on a real estate portfolio throughout the United States consisting of apartment buildings, office buildings, retail, hotels (including the world class Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City and the Parker Palm Springs in California).
