Our litigation experience together with our relationship as Of Counsel to Thaler & Gertler, LLP helps support our transactional practice.
This includes experience in New York State and Federal trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative agencies and arbitration/mediation forums, including the American
Arbitration Association and other alternative dispute resolution settings.

The Firm also represents clients in construction litigation involving owners, contractors and construction managers. We represent clients in connection with collection for the payments owed by as a result of contract, lease, partnership or other disputes. He counsels Landlords and Tenants on Landlord and Tenant issues including non payment of rent, lease defaults, holdover and collection matters.
