We have experience representing condo & coop boards, drafting offering plans, and reviewing plans in connection with purchases and sales. We also draft , negotiate and review contracts and represent purchasers and sellers in a variety of real estate closings.

Construction & Development & Green Buildings

Our Firm has experience representing real estate developers in numerous development projects in the New York metropolitan area and throughout the New York region. Our experience includes site acquisition and control through options, ground leases, air rights and title transfers, preparation of reciprocal easement agreements and restrictive covenants, leasing of space to national and regional retailers and negotiating construction contracts and payment loan documentation.

Distressed Real Estate

Our Firm has experience advising clients in connection with loan defaults, workouts and foreclosures; loan acquisitions and sales; real estate joint venture disputes, leasing disputes and enforcement. We are experienced negotiating with lenders and borrrowers on non performing loans. Through our Of Counsel relationship with the law firm of Thaler & Gertler, LLP we can provide Bankruptcy counsel on lease and loan issues.
